Bradford House
Bradford House is an upscale boutique hotel unique to Oklahoma City comprised of a historic building and a modern extension. Working closely with the hotel owners and Gardner, LAUD Studio extended the Hotel’s narrative to its exterior spaces. LAUD created an inviting landscape from the street, a visitor arrival sequence, and a thoughtful design for the guest courtyard that connects the old with the new all while setting the stage for unparalleled hospitality and comfort.
Working within a small footprint the design for the courtyard creates clear circulation hierarchies as well as small and large gathering areas.
At the heart of the design, the hotel’s interior courtyard is designed to accommodate daily use by guests as well as special events.
Whether curled up with a good book, watching a film on the outdoor screen, or enjoying a delicious meal, the landscape of Bradford House is an outdoor oasis.
